SIP/STER is a small, low-lit room off Bělehradská where two rituals share a table: a proper cocktail and a bubbling pot of fondue. Expect classics done right, seasonal riffs, and a short Czech-forward spirits list curated by the team.
We open at five and close at midnight. The candles are lit, the bar is stocked, the table is for lingering.
